What proof do you have that these work?

It’s hard to find proof that penis extenders work so I came up with an idea. I have just bought myself an X4 Labs Deluxe penis extender and starting from Monday 31st May 2010 I will be showing my proof.

The penis extender we suggest is Size Genetics. Phallosan is the other option but is more of a bonus product in that it doesn’t work so well on it’s own but works great when used in addition to the extender. The most important thing for an extender is comfort and Size Genetics is by far the most comfortable.

When you first use an extender it is quite easy only needing to be used for about an hour a day for the first week. This means almost any extender works but when it gets further down the line you will be required to wear it for maybe 6 hours a day. There are many different methods of penis enlargement including penis pills, penis exercises, penis pumps, penis surgery and penis extenders. We will have a glance at all of these now and give our experience with these including how good we reckon each works.

Penis Pumps: Pumps are well known and one of the cheaper methods of penis enlargement. Pumps should be a one off cost as unless a part breaks down on it then you can go on using it for as long as required. The one part that may need replacing are the silicone sleeves which are very inexpensive anyway.

Many claim these work but in our experience any growth gains are temporary and there can be some problems associated with it. The donut effect is where you get a pile of fluid causing a fatty lump just behind the glans. Also possible is burst blood vessels in the penis from too much pressure. For those of you that are into penis enlargement you will have probably read that even if you make gains through the day you lose some through the night in what is called turtling. I’ve believed this enough to buy the Phallosan and since then i’ve made much bigger gains although i also use another extender from this site, the X4 which was working well on its own. I just feel so much more confident now. If i had to buy one i couldn’t say which to get but if you can afford the 2 definitely get them. Phallosan gets 94 from 100 on its own but a full 100 if used with another extender.

If you are like me and have no time at all through the day then this is ideal. I have used the X4 before now and while it worked well eventually you have to wear it 8 hours a day which simply can’t be done for some people. The Phallosan works overnight and it works well, not quite as good as the X4 but it’s so much more convenient. Very comfortable, easy to sleep in etc and for that I give it 97 from 100.

The bit that attaches to the penis has to be comfortable and not cut off circulation. Of course this has to be done while still mainting a good grip to stretch the penis and it is always hard to find the middle ground. Size Genetics has done just that though and this works for everyone as there are so many ways to attach it.

Up until the new design Size Genetics and X4 Labs were on equal terms to do with how effective they were. The only difference was the X4 Labs was slightly cheaper. Of course that hasn’t changed but the new design means you will get faster gains and even bigger gains making it well worth the money.

The main question for most people before they pay what is obviously quite a lot of money is what will they get from these extenders. The answer depends on so many things, there’s no point buying one if you are one of those people who will try something for one week then quit without immediate results. We can say now this will take a few months to see the results you need, not weeks.

Most of these extenders will gain you about a third extra length and about a third in girth. I say most because some say two inches and so on but they also say up to this much gain. The reason for that is many people will quit quickly because it does not appear much. If you can imagine gaining two inches over six months then that is the same as a third of an inch each month.

This seems very little and is even hard to see without using a ruler. I think the best comparison is if you see your children daily then over a year you can hardly notice her or him growing but if a distant relative or friend sees them after a year they can’t believe how much she or he has grown. The fact is you will gain the whole two inches over six months if they say you will and you stay to the plan they give you.

As I said though a lot say you will gain a third, this means someone starting with six inches will gain two inches but someone with more could well gain extra than the two inches. Someone with a 4 inch penis though will be lucky to gain the full two inches though it is likely if you carry on wearing the extenders.

The figures they give are only good if you stick to the schedule for the whole six months though but that goes both ways. If you carry on wearing the extenders after the six months you will of course keep growing. Most of these extenders though require you to build up the time that you use them for so there will come a time when you can’t increase the time any more.

JES Extender Feedback

The JES Extender is a decent enough extender but i wish i had bought one of the cheaper ones, some even seem better than the JES but i thought as most do, the more you spend the better the product. While this does work it can be a little painful to wear after a few hours and i really like the look of the ones using the comfort strap. I could have bought the Phallosan and the X4 for the same price as i paid for this. Id still give it 85 from 100 because it works though.

Each of the penis extenders we have reviewed have complete instructions so this will be a brief description here. Obviously different penis extenders are used differently but have a lot of the basics the same. The biggest difference will be the item that attaches behind the penis glans.

Some, like the Ultimate stretcher use a noose attachment which is a sort of nylon or latex material which is a loop that fits just behind the ridge of the penis glans. Then this is pulled tight so that while the stretcher is stretched it pushes the head away from your body keeping it stretched.

Other types include a comfort strap which is similar to the noose but instead of being a latex or nylon thin noose of material it is normally about 1 inch of flat latex, This keeps the pressure over a larger area meaning you get less pressure on a smaller area. This leaves more blood flow and the ability to leave the extender on for longer periods.

Back to the basics, you put the base over your penis against your body by the pubic bone. Then you attach the comfort strap or loop behind the penis glans and attach it to the base section. Then with either screws or tension bars the head piece is forced away from the base piece extending the penis.

You leave your penis this way for as long as you can though some of the routines you start off for only an hour a day for a week then gradually build up. This is a great and simple way to get a bigger penis. We have found the greater usage time with the comfort straps better and tension bars are also a bonus point as it keeps a constant pressure at all times. Because of this reason we have always preferred the X4 Labs and Size Genetics. They are the best ones to use for a larger penis.

Ultimate Extender Feedback

When i first had this i was surprised at how small it was but when fully extended is bigger than most men could use. I know if i ever get to use it fully that i will be very happier though the wife may be scared. It works well but can be painful around the base of the head if left on for long periods. I need to take it off for 10 minutes every hour or so which isn’t a problem just yet, maybe later on when i’m using it for longer periods it will be a problem though. So far it’s worth 92 from 100 for me.
