Ultimate Extender Feedback

When i first had this i was surprised at how small it was but when fully extended is bigger than most men could use. I know if i ever get to use it fully that i will be very happier though the wife may be scared. It works well but can be painful around the base of the head if left on for long periods. I need to take it off for 10 minutes every hour or so which isn’t a problem just yet, maybe later on when i’m using it for longer periods it will be a problem though. So far it’s worth 92 from 100 for me.
